Mobile Health Record app for iPhone and iPad

Mobile Health Record is a program of Family Health Nepal, developed with the philosophy that every person should be able to access his/her Health related information at all time and at all place as conveniently as possible. This can be very helpful especially in the case of emergency and disasters. It believes that all the health information is people’s assets and they should be well preserved. (The past medical history influences the present and possible future medical conditions.)

Objective
The objectives of Internet based health record and Mobile Health Record are:
• To maintain health database in a complete format of the patient assessable to both the patient and hospital authority.
• To make the treatment procedure well aware and easier by keeping the complete health history.
• To provide ease in case of emergency for treating the patient with chronic disease.
• To make National Cancer Hospital secure in case of any medical emergencies and for medico-legal cases.
• To improvise data interchangeability between organization and inhance patient care.
